How scoring works
Each active domain is scored from its question pack. The full score is a weighted total of enabled, included tools whose weights equal 100.

Why critical gates take priority
A critical gate is a control condition that cannot be offset by a high average score. When present, it becomes the primary executive verdict.
Scope and limits
Quick Triage routes attention and Full Assessment structures discovery. Neither performs an audit, certifies compliance, recommends an ERP vendor, prices a project, or guarantees implementation success.
Privacy
The assessment is static and browser-only. It does not create accounts, call an API, use cookies, or retain answers after reload.
